The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) launched a new program allowing employers to bring COVID-19 vaccinations onsite and directly to their employees. The Employer Vaccination Toolkit creates a simple online process for employers to request approval for an onsite clinic or vaccination event.*

After an employer submits a request online, you will be contacted within 3 business days. Once approved, employers will be given a list of local providers to arrange vaccinations for employees.
